摘 要:目的探讨在校医学生参与教师科研现状及其对职业适应能力的影响,识别职业适应能力的潜在类别,并分析各类别的特征及其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法,选取2023年3—4月就读于广东药科大学及周边高校医学专业大三及以上年级的学生为对象,使用自编一般情况调查表、心理幸福感量表和职业适应能力量表进行评估。结果医学生参与教师科研的比例约为21.4%;职业适应能力量表总分为(91.59±14.03)分,处于中等偏上水平,可分为低、中、高3个类别;Logistic回归分析显示,参与教师科研、热爱专业及心理幸福感量表的高自治性等因素是医学生中、高职业适应能力的预测变量。结论医学生参与教师科研的比例较低,职业适应能力总体存在显著群体差异。参与教师科研是医学生职业适应能力的重要影响因素,要创造条件鼓励其积极参与,提升职业适应能力。Objective To explore the status of medical students′participation in teachers′research and its impact on career adaptability,to identify potential categories of career adaptability,and to analyze the characteristics of each category and influencing factors.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select medical students who were enrolled in Guangdong Pharmaceutical University and neighboring colleges in March-April 2023,and they were assessed by Self-administered General Information Questionnaire,Scales of Psychological Well-being,and Career Adapt-abilities Scale.Results The percentage of medical students who participated in teachers′research was about 21.4%;the total score of Career Adaptive-Ability Scale was(91.59±14.03)score,which was in the middle-upper level and could be divided into three categories,namely,the low,the middle,and the high;logistic regression analysis showed that participation in teachers′research,love for the profession,and high autonomy in psychological well-being were the predictors of the middle-upper and high-upper level career adaptive ability of the students.Logistic regression analysis showed that factors such as participation in teachers′research,love of major and high autonomy in Scale of Psychological Well-being were predictors of medical students′middle and high career adaptability.Conclusion The proportion of medical students participating in teachers′research was low,and there were significant group differences in career adaptability.Participation in teachers′research is an important influence on medical students′career adaptive ability,so we should create conditions to encourage their active participation and improve their career adaptive ability.
