摘  要:随着技术领域智能化、复合化水平提高,技能劳动者的综合技能水平与岗位需求不匹配的问题日益突出。围绕社会经济环境和产业需求变革情境,论述了黄炎培大职业教育知识观和人才观,进一步挖掘了大职业教育思想的内涵要义及启示价值。在大职业教育观视域下,针对当前职业教育技术技能人才培养困境,提出基于“职业能力-职业发展-终身成长”的技术技能人才培养理念,构建贯通式培养机制、双导师制培养模式、专创融合课程体系的人才培养路径,使职业教育人才输出更加符合新时代技术技能人才需求,提升人才培养与地方经济结合的“紧密度”、与行业发展需要的“适配度”。With the improvement of intelligence and complexity in the technical field,the comprehensive skill levels of workers are increasingly mismatched with job requirements.Centering on the changes in the social-economic environment and industrial demands,this paper expounds on Huang Yanpei's knowledge and talent views of the grand vocational education,and explores the connotations and values of the grand vocational education ideology.From the perspective of the grand vocational education concept,aiming at the current difficulties in cultivating technical and skilled talents,it proposes a talent training concept based on"vocational ability-career development-lifelong growth",which specifically involves constructing a through-train cultivation mechanism,a dual-tutor cultivation model,and an integrated curriculum system of specialty.This makes the output of vocational education talents more in line with the needs of the new era,and improves the connection between the talent training and the local economy development.
