摘 要:为了落实立德树人根本任务,深化职业教育教学改革,推进“岗课赛证”与高职新能源汽车技术专业人才培养的深度融合,提出建立融合“严、精、细、实”等岗位需求的专业文化观,建设“1+N”的个性化人才培养平台,升级专业课程体系,组建专业和课程双层次建设团队等具体办法。探索建设将思政元素与专业课程有机融合,以岗位需求为基础,结合汽车维修工职业资格和“1+X”证书考核内容,融合职业技能大赛比赛要求,以学生为中心,以学习成果为导向的精品课程,努力提升人才培养质量。In order to implement the fundamental task of moral education and talent training,deepen the teaching reform of vocational education,and promote the in-depth integration of"post-course-competition-certificate"with the talent cultivation of the new energy vehicle technology major,specific measures are proposed,such as establishing a professional cultural concept that integrates post requirements like"strictness,precision,meticulousness,and practicality",building a"1+N"personalized talent cultivation platform,upgrading the professional curriculum system,and forming a two-level construction team for majors and courses.In the teaching implementation,ideological and political education is organically integrated with professional courses.Based on post requirements,combined with the assessment content of the automotive maintenance worker vocational qualification certificate and the competition requirements of vocational skill competitions,high-quality courses centered around students and oriented towards learning outcomes are created to improve the quality of talent cultivation.
