关怀教育视域下的教育惩戒:内涵、价值和具体举措

摘　　要：教育惩戒是基于教育目的、管理、训导矫治违纪学生的教育行为。关怀教育理论能够帮助教师明确教育惩戒的实施原则、对象和方式,从而形成逐渐优化、螺旋上升的惩戒教育新范式。文章在分析教育惩戒之于关怀教育的价值的基础上,探讨了关怀教育下教育惩戒的具体举措:坚持以人为本,讲求教育初心;细化施惩情形,促进全面发展;融合惩戒关爱,营造正向环境。Educational discipline is an educational behavior aimed at disciplining and correcting misbehaving students based on educational goals,management,and guidance.The theory of caring education can help teachers clarify the principles,targets,and methods of educational punishment,thereby forming a new paradigm of punishment education that gradually optimizes and spirals upward.Based on the value of caring education to educational punishment,this article explores specific measures of educational punishment under the framework of caring education:adhering to the people-oriented approach,upholding the educational mission;refining the situations of punishment,promoting comprehensive development;integrating punishment and care to create a positiveenvironment.
