摘 要:在医药工业迈向高质量发展阶段,加强对高职院校“药品生产技术”专业产教融合共生体的研究,有利于实现培养高素质技术技能制药人才的目标。从共生理论的角度出发,探讨高职院校“药品生产技术”专业产教融合校企合作的路径。通过分析共生单元、共生模式、共生环境及其动态演变过程,提出在“药品生产技术”专业中实现产教融合校企合作的策略与路径。旨在提升高职院校“药品生产技术”专业教育质量,培养适应行业需求的高素质技术技能制药人才,推动医药行业可持续发展。Strengthening the research on the integration of industry and education in the field of"Drug Production Technology"in higher vocational education is conducive to achieving the goal of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled pharmaceutical talents as the pharmaceutical industry moves towards a stage of high-quality development.From the perspective of symbiosis theory,this paper explores the path of industry education integration in the"Drug Production Technology"major of vocational colleges through school enterprise cooperation.By analyzing symbiotic units,symbiotic models,symbiotic environments,and their dynamic evolution processes,strategies and paths for achieving industry education integration and school enterprise cooperation in the field of"Drug Production Technology"are proposed.Aiming to improve the quality of education in the"Drug Production Technology"major in vocational colleges,cultivate high-quality technical and skilled pharmaceutical talents that meet industry needs,and promote the sustainable development of the pharmaceutical industry.
