摘  要:在当下快速变革的社会及经济环境里,培育能适应新挑战与机遇的高质量人才至关重要。迁移学习作为一种高效的学习策略,在各学科领域得以广泛应用,用以提升学习效率与质量。文章阐述了迁移学习的内涵及理论基础,结合有机化学教学的特性,深入剖析了其在知识传授、思维培养以及实践应用等方面的实施策略与显著成效。同时,对迁移学习在高等教育中的应用展开探讨,旨在为有机化学教学改革提供全新思路与有力理论支撑,推动学生在知识、能力与素养多维度的全面发展,达成高质量教育目标。In today's rapidly changing social and economic environment,it is vital to nurture high-quality people who can adapt to new challenges and opportunities.Transfer learning,as an eff icient learning strategy,has been widely used in various disciplines to improve learning eff iciency and quality.This paper expounds the connotation and theoretical basis of transfer learning,combines with the characteristics of organic chemistry teaching,and deeply analyzes its implementation strategies and remarkable results in knowledge imparting,thinking training and practical application.At the same time,the application of transfer learning in higher education is discussed,aiming at providing new ideas and strong theoretical support for the reform of organic chemistry teaching,promoting the all-round development of students in multiple dimensions of knowledge,ability and accomplishment,and achieving the goal of high-quality education.
