摘 要:基于目前教师绩效考核的重要性和存在问题,以福建某高职院校公共基础部为例,采用问卷调查和专家评分法整理筛选考核指标,利用因子分析法,对选取的十位教师的业绩进行降维分析并得到综合考核得分。研究发现,基于因子分析法的公共基础课教师绩效考核体系严谨科学、结果合理,可为教师绩效考核提供系统的、可量化且便于操作的新思路。Given the importance and challenges of teacher performance evaluation,this study takes the Public Basic Department of a vocational college in Fujian as an example.Using questionnaire surveys and expert scoring methods,evaluation indicators were identified and refined.Factor analysis method was then applied to assess the performance of ten selected teachers,reducing the dimension of the data and deriving comprehensive evaluation scores.The findings suggest that a performance evaluation system for public basic course teachers based on factor analysis method is rigorous,scientific with reasonable results.This approach offers a systematic,quantifiable,and practical new perspective for teacher performance evaluation.
