摘 要:“发酵工程”是生物制药专业的核心课程,内容涉及生物学、工程学、化学等多门学科的交叉与综合,重视理论原理、强调实践应用。传统教学模式下,学生对课程知识理解不够系统,难以灵活运用。为解决这一问题,研究者结合发酵工艺流程与虚拟仿真技术,探索了“虚实结合”案例式教学法在发酵工程教学中的应用。教学中融入优质主线案例与分支案例,结合虚拟仿真实验,以虚补实、带入情境,激发兴趣、启发思考,培养学生主动分析解决问题的能力。“虚实结合”案例式教学法在发酵工程教学中的应用表明,该方法能够加深学生对案例中的矛盾冲突及问题体验,使知识具象化、可视化,增强学生创新思维能力,提高教学满意度和教学质量。“Fermentation engineering”is the core course of biopharmaceutical major,which involves the intersection and integration of biology,engineering,chemistry and other disciplines,emphasizing theoretical principles and highly practical application.Under the traditional teaching mode,students lack a systematic understanding of course knowledge and find it difficult to apply it flexibly.In order to solve this problem,the researchers combined the fermentation process and virtual simulation technology to explore the application of“virtual and real combination”case-based teaching method in the teaching of fermentation engineering.In the teaching,high-quality mainline cases and branch cases are integrated,integrated with virtual simulation experiments,to complement the real situation,immerse students in realistic scenarios,stimulate interest,inspire thinking,and cultivate students’ability to actively analyze and solve problems.The application of“virtualactual combination”case-based teaching method in fermentation engineering teaching shows that this method can deepen the conflicts and problems experienced in the case,make knowledge concrete and visual,enhance students’innovative thinking ability,and improve teaching satisfaction and teaching quality.
