摘　　要：培养面向数字创意产业的高层次技术技能人才,有利于国家政策和产业发展战略的贯彻落实。为解决高职艺术教育中“创意设计和数字技术”融合的现实困境,广东轻工职业技术大学运用“构建项目引入和教学成果转化机制”“打造跨界混编三导师创新教学团队”“运行岗课赛证相融合的教学方法”创新“工学商一体化”人才培养路径,为职业教育改革发展和培养高素质技术技能人才发挥示范引领作用,服务粤港澳大湾区数字创意产业发展。Cultivating high-level technical and skilled talents for the digital creative industry is conducive to the implementation of national policies and industrial development strategies.Guangdong Polytechnic University innovates the talent training model of"integration of engineering,learning and business"to serve the development of digital creative industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and plays an exemplary and leading role in the reform and development of vocational education and the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents.
