摘  要:2024年义务教育新一轮教材改革在教学内容、理念、方法、评价等方面对教师素养提出更高要求。针对当前校本教研存在目标脱节、研讨浅显、缺乏“真”“实”精神以及评价方式单一的问题,需要大力探索开展校本教研的策略,加强专业引领,聚焦教研效果,通过优化集体备课和听评课等专题活动,积累活动经验,激励教师专业性、创造性发挥,助力学生全面发展。The new round of textbook reform in 2024 will put forward higher requirements for teachers'literacy in teaching content,concepts,methods,evaluation,and other aspects.In response to the problems of disconnected goals,shallow discussions,lack of"real"and"practical"spirit,and single evaluation methods in current school-based teaching and research,it is necessary to vigorously explore strategies and methods for carrying out school-based teaching and research,focus on teaching and research effects,strengthen professional guidance,optimize collective lesson preparation and observing and evaluating activities,accumulate activity experience,stimulate teachers'professionalism and creativity,and help students develop comprehensively.
