摘　　要：白酒产业是贵州省支柱产业,也是特色优势产业。白酒产业的绿色高质量发展,亟需一大批“综合素养优、实践能力强、创新水平高、社会服务能力强”的资源环境类应用型人才,校企融合发展是解决该需求的关键。针对人才培养与白酒产业人才需求不匹配、课程结构对接生产实际不紧密、学生素养不满足岗位要求等问题,教学团队聚焦校企融合发展,构建“产业引领+企业办学+校企融合”的育人机制,打造对接产业高质量发展的“四新”课程体系,探索出职业素养导向的“四轮”驱动人才培养策略。该研究构建科学合理的应用型人才培养模式,为地方产业发展人才培养、校企融合发展提供借鉴。Baijiu industry is a pillar industry in Guizhou Province,and also a characteristic advantage industry.The green and high-quality development of Baijiu industry urgently needs a large number of resource and environmental applied talents with"excellent comprehensive quality,strong practical ability,high innovation level and strong social service ability".The integration of school and enterprise development is the key to solve this demand.In view of the problems such as the mismatch between talent cultivation and talent demand of Baijiu industry,the gap between the curriculum structure and the actual production,and the lack of student quality to meet the job requirements,the teaching team focused on the integrated development of schools and enterprises,built an education mechanism of"industry leading+enterprise running+school enterprise integration",created a"four new"curriculum system to link the high-quality development of the industry,and explored a"four round"talent cultivation strategy driven by professional quality.This study constructs a scientific and reasonable applied talent training model,providing reference for talent training in local industrial development and school enterprise integration.
