应用型高校“双师型”师资培养现状及具体路径

摘  要:高校人才培养应注重师资队伍的建设,因为教师能力是教育基础,教师素质是教育保障。如今,我国的高校正在快速地发展,办学规模逐渐扩大,为社会提供一批符合我国市场经济发展的,具有高素质、高能力的复合型、应用型人才。但在此过程中,也显露出一些缺陷,如学校基础设施落后、“双师型”师资队伍不能满足教学需求等,也是应用型高校所面临的重要问题。该文分析应用型高校“双师型”师资培养现状,详述应用型高校在双师型教师培养方面的现实困境和原因,最后提出创新人才培养模式、加强“双师型”教师队伍建设和多渠道增加经费投入等多层面多角度地探讨解决“双师型”队伍建设中人才培养目标偏离社会需求及教师教学理论与实践偏向等方面的问题。The cultivation of talents in universities should focus on the construction of the teaching staff,because the ability of teachers is the foundation of education,and the quality of teachers is the guarantee of education.Nowadays,China's universities are developing rapidly,with the scale of education gradually expanding,providing society with a group of highly qualified and capable compound and applied talents that are in line with the development of China's market economy.However,in this process,some shortcomings have also been revealed,such as outdated school infrastructure and the inability of the"dual teacher"teaching staff to meet teaching needs,which are also important issues faced by applied universities.This article analyzes the current situation of"dual teacher"teacher training in applied universities,elaborates on the practical difficulties and reasons for the training of dual teacher teachers in applied universities,and finally proposes innovative talent training models,strengthening the construction of"dual teacher"teacher teams,and increasing funding through multiple channels and perspectives to explore solutions to the problems of talent training goals deviating from social needs and teacher teaching theory and practice bias in the construction of dual teacher teams.
