摘 要:20世纪末高等教育兴起时,英语教学中的中国文化教学并未受到广泛关注,其研究随着学界对“中国英语”概念的探讨而逐渐萌芽,并在对“文化失语”现象的深入探究中获得更多重视。随着中国经济的增长和文化自信理念的倡导,英语教学中融入中国文化的教学研究兴起,其研究视角日益呈现多元化的趋势。This article reviews the development of research on Chinese culture teaching in English language instruction at universities over the past forty years.Initially,the research on Chinese culture teaching was obscured within the exploration of other English teaching issues,and later gradually emerged in the context of teaching exploration focused on"China English".At the beginning of the 21st century,in research on"cultural aphasia"in English teaching,emphasis was placed on enhancing the ability to convey native culture in English through Chinese culture teaching.With the rise of the Chinese economy and the promotion of"cultural confidence",Chinese culture teaching tends to explore its humanistic and educational functions.Additionally,this article proposes future research trends in Chinese culture teaching within English language instruction.
