摘  要:为了探究黑龙江煤矿工人不安全行为的产生机理,将情绪耗竭和安全氛围设置为中介变量与调节变量,以273位矿工的问卷调查作为数据来源,运用SPSS 23.0和AMOS 21.0软件建立SEM模型,尝试寻找工作-非工作边界渗透和矿工的不安全行为之间的具体联系。结果表明:二者之间的关系为显著正相关的关系,情绪耗竭在工作-非工作边界渗透对矿工不安全行为的影响过程中起到部分中介作用;安全氛围可以作为调节情绪耗竭和矿工不安全行为之间关系的调节变量;增加工作-非工作边界增益、减少工作压力及加强安全环境建设可以在一定程度上减少矿工不安全行为的发生。This paper seeks to explore the underlying mechanism of unsafe behavior among coal miners in Heilongjiang.The study works by introducing emotional exhaustion as a mediating variable,and setting the safety climate as a moderating variable;based on a survey of 273 miners,establishing a structural equation model(SEM)by employing SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 21.0 software,and trying to find the specific relationship between work-nonwork boundary permeability and miners′unsafe behavior.The results indicate a significant positive correlation between the two sides.Emotional exhaustion has the partially mediates impact on miners′unsafe behavior in work-nonwork boundary permeability,while safety climate serves as a moderating variable in the relationship between emotional exhaustion and unsafe behavior.Reducing the unsafe behaviors among miners to a certain degree depends on the increase of work-nonwork boundary gains,the reduction of work pressure,and the solid construction of safety environment.
