新农科背景下农学实习类课程育人模式探索与实践

摘　　要：新农科建设为我国农林人才培养指明新方向。作为地方性应用型涉农高校要以服务地方经济作为出发点,探索立足区域农业特色发展的人才培养模式。该文以应用生物科学专业专业见习/研习为例,遵循OBE理念,优化课程体系和内容,探索实践“人才培养+教师科研+产业需求”三融合育人模式,旨在培育知农、爱农的实践型和创新型“新农人”。The construction of new agricultural science has pointed out a new direction for the cultivation of agricultural and forestry talents in China.As a local application-oriented agricultural university,we should take serving the local economy as the starting point and explore a talent training model based on the development of regional agricultural characteristics.This paper takes the Professional Apprentice/Study major in applied biological sciences as an example,follows the OBE concept,optimizes the curriculum department and content,and explores and practices the three-integrated education model of"talent training+teacher scientific research+industrial needs",aiming to cultivate practical and innovative"new farmers"who know and love agriculture.
