摘 要:在分析高职院校大学生科研训练计划(SRT)项目的背景和重要性基础上,探讨SRT与教师科研项目衔接的作用和意义。从高职学生参与SRT项目的现状与实践模式,包括项目选择与学生匹配、指导教师的角色与作用等方面进行全面分析,探讨如何将SRT项目与科研项目相结合,提出了科研项目引入和科研与教学融合的策略。总结了SRT项目与科研项目结合的积极作用以及新工科背景下SRT项目对人才培养的意义,并对其未来的研究方向提出了展望。This paper analyzes the background and significance of the Scientific Research Training(SRT)program for college students in higher vocational colleges.It discusses the relationship between SRT and teachers'scientific research projects,emphasizing their interconnectedness.The paper provides a comprehensive examination of the fundamental concepts of the SRT program,the current state of higher vocational students'participation in SRT,including project selection and student-instructor matching,and the roles of instructors.Furthermore,it explores strategies for integrating SRT with scientific research projects and proposes methods for incorporating scientific research into teaching.The paper highlights the positive impact of combining the SRT program with scientific research initiatives and underscores the importance of the SRT program in talent development within the context of new engineering.Additionally,it outlines potential future research directions.
