摘 要:针对悬臂式掘进机导航定位技术在实际应用中存在的精度不够,实现较为困难的问题,研究捷联惯导与里程计相结合的掘进机组合导航定位技术。在分析悬臂式掘进机特殊运行场景的前提下,介绍了捷联惯导、里程计组合导航定位技术硬件、软件设计并完成试验与应用分析。分析结果表明,设计的悬臂式掘进机组合导航定位技术满足掘进机特殊运行场景,导航定位精度满足掘进机运行要求,易于工程实现。In the view of the problem that the accuracy of na.vigation and positioning technology of boom-type roadheader is not enough in practical application,the combined navigation and positioning technology of strapdown inertial navigation and odometer is studied.On the premise of analyzing the special operation scenario of the boom-type roadheader,the hardware and software design of strapdown inertial navigation and odometer combined navigation and positioning technology are described in detail,and the test and application analysis are completed.The analysis results show that the designed boom-type roadheader integrated navigation and positioning technology can meet the special operation scenario of boom-type roadheader,the navigation and positioning accuracy can meet the operation requirements of boom-type roadheader,and it is easy to implement in engineering.
