摘 要:目的:探讨案例教学法联合情景模拟教学法在医院传染病教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—6月于安徽医科大学第一附属医院接受传染病教学的60名规培生作为研究对象。将2023年1月—3月接受常规教学的规培生设为参照组(n=30),将2023年4月—6月接受案例教学联合情景模拟教学的规培生设为研究组(n=30)。比较两组培训成绩、自我导向能力及教学满意度。结果:教学后,研究组理论成绩、操作成绩均优于参照组(P<0.05);研究组自我导向能力评分、教学满意度评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:案例教学法联合情景模拟教学法应用于医院传染病教学中,有利于提升规培生的培训成绩,使其自我导向能力得到提高,教学满意度随之提升。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of combining case-based teaching with scenario simulation teaching in hospital infectious disease education.Methods:Thirty resident trainees undergoing infectious disease training at The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January to June 2023 were selected as participants.The control group(n=30)received conventional teaching from January to March 2023,while the study group(n=30)received combined case-based teaching and scenario simulation teaching from April to June 2023.Training performance,self-directed learning ability,and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the study group demonstrated significantly higher theoretical and operational scores than the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the study group showed superior self-directed learning ability scores and teaching satisfaction ratings compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integration of case-based teaching and scenario simulation teaching in hospital infectious disease education enhances trainees’academic performance,fosters self-directed learning capabilities,and improves teaching satisfaction.
