摘　　要：天时规律性引动地下阳气蒸腾土膏上行而养育万物,在自然界形成四季的生长收藏,人体生理亦是如此,肾中元气引动胃脘之阳蒸腾脾运化的水谷精微,以血脉为媒介,透达空窍,完成血气交互,形成人体内的四季。处方原则是扶持中气为主,顺应时气为辅,并根据时气创立补中益气汤类方说明处方规矩,具体则以补脾胃泻阴火之升阳汤补春风,清暑益气汤泻夏暑,清燥汤泻秋湿,神圣复气汤泻冬寒,调整因脾胃不足所导致人体气机的四时升降失常。The regularity of the time of the year induces the underground Yang Qi to vaporize the soil paste upward and nourish everything,forming the growth and collection in the four seasons in nature,and the physiology of the human body is also the same.The Yuan Qi in the Kidney induces the Yang of the Stomach to vaporize the water and grain essences received by the Spleen,and with the blood in the meridians as the medium as well as the blood and Qi being penetrated through the orifices,the interaction of blood and Qi can be completed and the four seasons in the human body can be established.The principle of prescription is to support the Zhong Qi and supplement it by following the seasonal Qi,and according to the seasonal Qi,Buzhong Yiqi kinds of Decoction was created.Specifically,Shengyang Decoctin is used to tonify the Spleen and Stomach and to purge the Yin Fire,Qingshu Yiqi Decoction is used to purge the summer Heat,Qingzao Decoction is used to purge the autumn Dampness,and Shensheng Fuqi Decoction is used to purge the winter Cold,so as to regulate the malfunctioning of the human Qi in the rise and fall in the four seasons due to the insufficiency of Spleen and Stomach.
