摘 要:课堂教学是学校教育最基本、最重要的任务。学校人才培养质量主要是通过课堂质量经年积累形成的。传统的课堂教学评价往往受到评课者评价标准、主观经验等因素影响,导致其评价结果引起质疑。文章认为在新“双高”建设和新的技术环境背景下,对教师课堂教学的评价应按照课堂教学的业务逻辑,利用网络条件、数字技术和人工智能(AI),设计教师课堂教学观测与评估模型来完成。该模型通过抓取课堂环境中的师生课堂行为反应情况,在对其课堂语音和影像进行智能化处理后,对教师课堂教学活动行为和学生学习行为反应的关键数据进行观察、描述和判断;同时借鉴国内外教师课堂教学评价经验和成果,按照一定的权重,对教师课堂教学状况进行赋分,以期改进课堂评价的科学性。Classroom teaching is the most fundamental and critical task in school education.The quality of talent cultivation in schools is primarily accumulated through the quality of each individual class.Traditional classroom teaching evaluations are often influenced by the evaluators’standards and subjective experiences,leading to questionable results.Under the new“Double High”construction background,the perspective of school management is based on the professional logic of teachers’classroom teaching,a model for observing and evaluating teachers’classroom teaching has been designed utilizing network conditions,digital technology,and artificial intelligence(AI).By capturing the behavioral responses of teachers and students in the classroom environment and intelligently processing classroom audio and video,key data on teachers’classroom teaching activities and students’learning behaviors are observed,described,and judged.Additionally,drawing on existing domestic and international experiences in classroom teaching evaluation,the model assigns scores to teachers’classroom teaching performance based on certain weightings.
