摘  要:教师队伍是支撑新时代职业教育高质量发展的关键力量。通过对20个省351所全类型职业院校专任教师队伍素质水平、专业课教师队伍“双师型”素质水平、公共基础课教师队伍素质水平以及教师队伍发展性水平的调查分析,总体可见,教师队伍基本达到职业院校设置条件标准要求,四级教师在职培训体系已经建立,职业院校教师队伍建设成效显著,但在规模结构、内涵质量和建设机制等方面仍呈现出不适应性和挑战,建议重点从加快标准建设、完善教师培养培训体系、加强教师队伍规范化建设、推进教师校企双向流动等方面着力提升“双师型”教师队伍整体素质水平。The teacher workforce is a key force supporting the high-quality development of modern vocational education.Through a survey analysis in 351 vocational colleges across 20 provinces about the quality level of full-time teachers,“dual-qualified”teachers in professional courses,teachers in public foundational courses,and the developmental level of the teacher workforce,it can be seen that the teacher workforce generally meets the set standards required for vocational colleges.A four-level in-service training system for teachers has been established,and the construction of the teacher workforce in vocational colleges has achieved significant results.However,there are still issues and challenges regarding scale structure,connotative quality,and construction mechanisms that are not adaptive.It is recommended to focus on accelerating standard construction,improving the teacher training and development system,strengthening the standardization of the teacher workforce,and promoting the two-way flow of teachers between schools and enterprises to enhance the overall quality level of the“dual-qualified”teacher workforce.
