摘  要:食品安全问题频发,消费者对食品质量安全追溯的需求日益增强,构建完善的食品质量安全追溯体系已成为保障民生的关键。区块链技术以其去中心化、不可篡改以及可追溯的独特优势,为食品质量安全追溯提供了创新性的解决路径。本文深入剖析区块链技术在食品质量安全追溯领域的实际应用,全面评估其控制效能,并对未来发展方向展开探讨。Food safety problems occur frequently,and consumers’demand for food quality and safety traceability is increasing.Building a complete food quality and safety traceability system has become the key to ensure people’s livelihood.Blockchain technology provides an innovative solution for food quality and safety traceability with its unique advantages of decentralization,non-tampering and traceability.This paper deeply analyzes the practical application of blockchain technology in the field of food quality and safety traceability,comprehensively evaluates its control efficiency,and discusses the future development direction.
