摘  要:食品安全问题愈发严峻,已成为社会普遍关注的热点,食品安全检测技术作为保障食品质量安全的核心手段,其重要性愈发凸显。本文分析食品质量安全评价的主要内容,探讨食品安全检测技术在食品质量安全评价中应用存在的问题,提出提升食品安全检测技术在食品质量安全评价中应用效能的对策,旨在提高检测技术的效率和准确性,为我国的食品安全提供更加坚实的科技保障。Food safety problems are becoming more and more serious,and have become the focus of general concern in the society.As the core means to ensure food quality and safety,the importance of food safety testing technology is becoming more and more prominent.This paper analyzes the main contents of food quality and safety evaluation,discusses the problems existing in the application of food safety detection technology in food quality and safety evaluation,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the application efficiency of food safety detection technology in food quality and safety evaluation,aiming at improving the efficiency and accuracy of detection technology,and providing more solid scientific and technological support for food safety in China.
