摘  要:目的:对某地区辖区具有当地特色的食品开展食品安全风险监测,并对其结果进行分析,了解该地区特色食品的食品安全风险情况,为食品卫生监管提供可靠依据。方法:按照相关食品安全国家标准及工作要求,随机抽取当地特色食品芹菜、大葱、韭菜、小米以及大米开展检测,综合分析检测结果并进行评价。结果:检测粮食类、蔬菜类、肉制品共计220份,合格率为88.19%(194/220)。粮食类、蔬菜类农药残留指标超标17份,超标率为9.19%(17/185);元素类指标超标6份,超标率为3.24%(6/185)。肉制品中多环芳烃类超标3份,超标率为8.57%(3/35)。结论:该地区特色食品的食品安全总体状况良好,但依然存在一定的食品安全隐患,提示相关部门加强监督管理以保障食品安全。Objective:To carry out food safety risk monitoring for food with local characteristics in a regional jurisdiction,and analyze the results,so as to understand the food safety risk situation of special food in the region,and provide a reliable basis for food hygiene supervision.Method:According to the relevant national food safety standards and working requirements,the local characteristic food celery,green onion,leek,millet and rice were randomly sampled to carry out testing,and the testing results were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated.Result:A total of 220 food,vegetable and meat products were tested,and the qualified rate was 88.19%(194/220).The residue indexes of food and vegetable pesticides exceeded the standard by 17 samples,the rate of exceeding the standard was 9.19%(17/185).Six elements exceeded the standard,with an over-standard rate of 3.24%(6/185).The polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in meat products exceeded the standard by 3 parts,and the over-standard rate was 8.57%(3/35).Conclusion:The food safety of the special food in this region is generally good,but there are still some hidden dangers of food safety,suggesting that relevant departments should strengthen supervision and management to ensure food safety.
