摘　　要：本文聚焦食品微生物检测领域,深入探讨质控样品的选择和应用,阐述了质控样品在保障检测结果准确性方面的重要意义,介绍了标准菌株、定量质控样品、核酸水平质控品等不同类型质控样品的特性。从适配检测技术原理、契合检测微生物特性、匹配实验室资源条件3方面分析了质控样品选择的科学依据。同时,详细阐述了其在检测数据校准、人员实操培训、流程改进完善等检测流程中的深度应用。研究表明,合理选择和科学应用质控样品,能有效提升食品微生物检测的可靠性,为食品安全监管筑牢坚实基础,助力食品行业稳健发展。This article delves into the selection and application of quality control samples in food microbial detection.It expounds on their significance in ensuring accurate results and details the features of standard strains,quantitative and nucleic acid-level quality control samples.The selection basis is analyzed from aspects of fitting detection technology,microbial characteristics,and laboratory resources.Its in-depth application in data calibration,personnel training,and process improvement is also elaborated.Research indicates that proper use of quality control samples can enhance detection reliability,support food safety supervision,and boost the food industry’s development.
