摘 要:本文探讨食品工艺溯源与品质管控体系的重要性,剖析传统食品溯源与品质管控体系的局限,阐述区块链技术特性及其在食品行业的应用优势,构建基于区块链技术的食品工艺溯源与品质管控体系框架,并针对基于区块链技术的食品工艺溯源与品质管控体系构建面临的挑战提出应对策略,旨在为保障食品质量安全提供理论支撑与实践指导。This paper discusses the importance of food process traceability and quality control system,analyzes the limitations of traditional food traceability and quality control system,expounds the characteristics of blockchain technology and its application advantages in the food industry,and builds a food process traceability and quality control system framework based on blockchain technology.It also proposes countermeasures to the challenges facing the construction of food process traceability and quality control system based on blockchain technology,aiming at providing theoretical support and practical guidance for ensuring food quality and safety.
