摘　　要：食品检测的准确性是确保食品安全的重要保障。为了实现高效、精准的食品检测,实验室能力验证发挥着关键作用。通过实验室能力验证,能够统一检测标准与规范,提高检测技术的适用性与先进性。此外,实验室能力验证有助于提升检测精度、保障结果的一致性、促进设备与技术优化,并增强检测人员的专业能力与操作规范性。本文将探讨实验室能力验证在食品检测准确性中的多重作用,并分析常用的验证方法,为提升食品检测水平提供理论支持和实践指导。The accuracy of food testing is an important guarantee for food safety.In order to achieve efficient and accurate food testing,laboratory capability verification plays a key role.Through the laboratory ability verification,the testing standards and specifications can be unified,and the applicability and advancement of testing technology can be improved.In addition,laboratory capability verification helps to improve test accuracy,ensure the consistency of results,promote the optimization of equipment and technology,and enhance the professional competence and operational standardization of testers.This paper will discuss the multiple roles of laboratory competence verification in the accuracy of food testing,and analyze the commonly used verification methods,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the level of food testing.
