摘  要:根据菜籽油相关的食品安全国家标准,对贵州省内生产企业、小作坊和流通环节的菜籽油进行质量指标、污染物限量、食品添加剂等相关指标的检验分析。试验结果显示,酸价、过氧化值含量与菜籽油的等级成反比关系,食品添加剂均为未检出,污染物有少许检出,但均未超过国家限量标准规定。In accordance with the national food safety standards related to rapeseed oil,this paper aims to conduct an inspection and analysis of relevant indicators such as quality indices,pollutant limits,and food additives for rapeseed oil from production enterprises,small workshops,and in the circulation process within Guizhou province.The test results show that the acid price and peroxide value content are inversely proportional to the grade of rapeseed oil.Food additives were not detected,and although a small amount of pollutants were detected,none of them exceeded the limits specified by the national standards.
