摘 要:目的:了解2024年天台县食品中食源性致病菌和寄生虫的污染状况,为食品安全风险管理提供科学依据。方法:按照《2024年台州市食品污染及食品中有害因素专项监测计划》对8类285份食品样品进行检测。结果:2024年天台县抽检食品中,致病菌总检出率为27.02%(77/285),其中香辛料及粉检出率最高(67.16%,45/67),其次为生禽肉(30.95%,13/42)和即食蔬菜(25.00%,2/8)。香辛料及粉中主要检出霉菌(43株)、克罗诺杆菌(9株)和蜡样芽孢杆菌(13株)。结论:天台县食品中食源性致病菌污染问题较为突出,需要加强重点食品类别的监管力度,完善食品安全监测体系,切实保障公众饮食安全。Objective:To understand the contamination status of foodborne pathogens and parasites in food in Tiantai county in 2024,and provide scientific basis for food safety risk management.Method:According to the 2024 Taizhou Food Pollution and Harmful Factors in Food Special Monitoring Plan,285 food samples from 8 categories were tested.Result:In 2024,the total detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in sampled food in Tiantai county was 27.02%(77/285),with spices and powders having the highest detection rate(67.16%,45/67),followed by raw poultry meat(30.95%,13/42)and ready to eat vegetables(25.00%,2/8).Mould(43 strains),Cronobacter(9 strains),and Bacillus cereus(13 strains)were mainly detected in spices and powders.Conclusion:The problem of foodborne pathogenic bacteria contamination in food in Tiantai county is quite prominent.Strengthening the supervision of key food categories,improving the food safety monitoring system,and effectively ensuring public food safety.
