摘  要:本文分析了气相色谱-质谱联用技术在食品污染物检测中的应用。分析认为,该技术在农药残留、非法食品添加剂、生物毒素及其他污染物检测方面具有高灵敏度和高选择性,能够有效提高食品安全检测的精度和效率。为了进一步提升检测效率,仍需优化前处理方法、加强检测设备管理、规范检测环境,并组织专业培训,进而提高检测人员的技能水平,确保食品安全。In this paper,the application of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in the detection of food contaminants is analysed.It is concluded that this technology has high sensitivity and high selectivity in the detection of pesticide residues,illegal food additives,biotoxins and other contaminants,and can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of food safety detection.In order to further improve the efficiency of testing,it is still necessary to optimise the pre-treatment method,strengthen the management of testing equipment,standardize the testing environment,and organise professional training,so as to improve the skill level of testing personnel and ensure food safety.
