摘  要:随着现代化社会的发展,人们的物质生活水平持续提升,但食品安全问题仍较为严重,威胁到公众健康,因此进行食品安全检验检测很有必要。强化食品安全检验检测质量,有利于确保食品质量、促进技术进步、指导农业生产,现实意义显著。本文分析食品安全检验检测技术类型,提出创新现代快速检测技术、发挥数字化技术的作用、加强检测人员队伍建设以及完善食品检验监管机制等策略,以期有效改善食品安全检验检测实效性,守护人们“舌尖上的安全”。With the development of modern society,people’s material living standards continue to improve,but food safety problems are still relatively serious and threaten public health,so it is necessary to carry out food safety inspection and testing.Strengthening the quality of food safety inspection and testing is conducive to ensuring food quality,promoting technological progress,and guiding agricultural production,which is of great practical significance.This paper analyzes the types of food safety inspection and testing technologies,and puts forward strategies such as innovating modern rapid testing technology,giving full play to the role of digital technology,strengthening the construction of testing personnel,and improving the food inspection and supervision mechanism,in order to effectively improve the effectiveness of food safety inspection and testing and protect people’s“safety on the tip of the tongue”.
