摘 要:本文系统分析食品检验检测在精准识别有害物质、全流程污染控制、风险预警、科学监管及维护消费者权益等方面的功能价值,并提出完善标准体系、提升技术水平、强化基层能力、培养专业人才及健全监管机制等建议,以期为构建高效、科学的食品安全保障体系提供理论参考。This paper systematically analyzes the functional values of food inspection and testing in accurately identifying harmful substances,controlling pollution throughout the whole process,providing risk early warnings,enabling scientific supervision,and safeguarding consumers’rights and interests.Moreover,it puts forward suggestions such as improving the standard system,enhancing technical levels,strengthening grassroots capabilities,cultivating professional talents,and perfecting the supervision mechanism.The aim is to provide theoretical references for the construction of an efficient and scientific food safety assurance system.
