摘 要:本研究分析了食品检验样品交接环节中的信息核对与责任追溯机制,探讨了存在的主要问题及优化方案。当前,交接过程中信息核对存在不准确、不完整及流转不畅等问题,责任追溯机制则面临责任分配不明确、交接记录缺失及技术应用不足等挑战。为解决这些问题,本文提出信息标准化、多重核对系统与信息化技术支持的信息核对机制优化方案,并建议通过明确责任分配、建立实时追溯系统及实施电子签名与数据锁定等措施完善责任追溯机制,提升样品交接的透明度与可追溯性。这些优化措施有助于提高食品检验准确性、效率和安全性,增强食品安全监管的有效性。This study analyzed the information checking and responsibility tracing mechanism of food inspection samples,and discussed the main problems and optimization schemes.At present,there are problems such as inaccurate,incomplete and poor flow of information verification in the handover process,and the responsibility traceability mechanism faces challenges such as unclear responsibility allocation,lack of handover records and insufficient technical application.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes an optimization scheme of information verification mechanism supported by information standardization,multiple verification system and information technology,and suggests that the responsibility traceability mechanism should be improved by clarifying responsibility allocation,establishing real-time traceability system,implementing electronic signature and data locking and other measures to improve the transparency and traceability of sample handover.These optimization measures help to improve the accuracy,efficiency and safety of food inspection,and enhance the effectiveness of food safety supervision.
