摘 要:智能检测技术在食品生产、加工、流通及消费等环节的应用,可提升食品安全风险预警能力。凭借高灵敏度传感器、智能数据处理模型及多源信息融合系统,智能检测技术能够突破传统检测手段的时空限制,提高食品污染物检测效率,实现风险的早期识别。然而,检测精度、数据安全及跨平台数据共享仍面临挑战。未来需优化传感技术,增强数据融合能力,提升风险预测的动态精准度,以构建标准化、智能化的食品安全防控体系。The application of intelligent detection technology in food production,processing,circulation and consumption can enhance the ability to warn of food safety risks.With high-sensitivity sensors,intelligent data processing models and multi-source information fusion systems,intelligent detection technology can break through the time and space limitations of traditional detection methods,improve the efficiency of food contaminant detection,and achieve early identification of risks.However,detection accuracy,data security and cross-platform data sharing still face challenges.In the future,it is necessary to optimize sensing technology,enhance data fusion capabilities,and improve the dynamic accuracy of risk prediction in order to build a standardized and intelligent food safety prevention and control system.
