摘  要:为解决活鱼分选过程中分级效率低下以及分选机构稳定性的问题,设计了一种双通道称重式可移动分选机提高活鱼分选效率,在此基础上提出一种由伺服电缸驱动连杆机构替代原始分选机构的方式,可以有效提高分选机的分选效率以及稳定性能。通过建立分选机的SolidWorks模型,探讨分级装置的总体结构及工作原理,并通过ADAMS对关键分选部位的运动进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:分选机构速度控制在0~0.18 m/s之间,角速度在0~3.49 rad/s之间,并且连续无突变;分选机构在进行分选工作时,能够在1 s内完成往返动作且每次分选挡板的角度控制在60°以内;分选机构在进行分选工作时,没有发生振动行为且整个过程运行较平稳,说明伺服电缸驱动的连杆机构替代原始分选机构的方式符合实际分选需求。所设计的分选装置在分级过程中具有较高的稳定性,为活鱼自动化分选提供了技术支持和理论依据。To address the issues of low grading efficiency and instability of the sorting mechanism during the live fish sorting process,this paper designed a dual-channel weighing movable sorter to enhance the sorting efficiency of live fish.On this basis,a method of substituting the original sorting mechanism with a servo electric cylinder-driven linkage mechanism was proposed,which can effectively enhance the sorting efficiency and stability performance of the sorter.By establishing a SolidWorks model of the sorting machine,the overall structure and working principle of the grading device were discussed,and the key sorting position's motion was simulated using ADAMS.The simulation results showed that the speed of the sorting mechanism is controlled within 0~0.18 m/s,the angular velocity was controlled within 0~3.49 rad/s,and there was no sudden change;the sorting mechanism could complete the round-trip action within 1 s and the angle of the sorting plate was controlled within 60°during the sorting process;by analyzing the trajectory of the center of gravity of the sorting plate,it could be concluded that the sorting mechanism does not exhibit vibration behavior during the sorting process and runs smoothly throughout the process,indicating that the servo electric cylinder-driven linkage mechanism replacing the original sorting mechanism met the actual sorting requirements.The sorting device designed in this paper had high stability in the sorting process and provided technical support and theoretical basis for the automation of live fish sorting.
