摘　　要：精准思维与思想政治教育深度融合,形成精准思政新内涵与新逻辑,对高职院校思政教育与思政工作改革创新具有重要价值意蕴,并成为落实立德树人根本任务的实践向度。以精准思政针对立德树人旨归为破题之钥,探究广义和狭义层面的精准思政内涵,分析“精准识别-精准定制-精准滴灌-精准评估”的四重生成逻辑,明确精准思政之于思政教育实效性与针对性、思政工作协同性与创新性的价值意蕴,遵循精准思政生成逻辑,提出分析教育者与学习者个性化需求画像、基于需求画像制定科学教育解决方案、合理配置资源以推进思政教育全过程、高效建立思政教育动态评估反馈机制的实践向度。The deep integration of precision thinking and ideological and political education forms a new connotation and logic of precision ideological and political education,which has important value implications for the reform and innovation of ideological and political education and work in higher vocational colleges,and becomes a practical dimension for implementing the fundamental task of foster virtue through education.Taking precision ideological and political education as the key to addressing the goal of foster virtue through education,this paper explores the connotation of precision ideological and political education at both broad and narrow levels,analyzes the four-fold generative logic of“precise identification-precise customization-precise targeted education-precise evaluation”,clarifies the value implications of precision ideological and political education for the effectiveness and pertinence of ideological and political education,as well as the synergy and innovation of ideological and political work.Following the generative logic of precision ideological and political education,this paper proposes practical dimensions such as analyzing the personalized needs profiles of educators and learners,developing scientific educational solutions based on demand profiles,rationally allocating resources to promote the entire process of ideological and political education,and efficiently establishing a dynamic evaluation and feedback mechanism for ideological and political education.
