摘  要:企业实践既是提升教师实践能力的重要渠道,也是实现教师专业发展的内在要求。在产教融合深入发展趋势下,加强高职教师企业实践,有利于顺应国家政策要求,推动教师专业发展,实现学校、企业和教师三方共赢。以产教融合为导向,明确高职教师企业实践能力提升要点,提出完善教师企业实践制度、构建教师企业实践能力体系、搭建网络实践社区和互动空间、建立教师企业实践能力评价体系、打造基于区块链技术的流动站等具体策略。Enterprise practice is an important channel to enhance the practical ability of teachers and an inherent requirement for achieving their professional development.Under the trend of deepening the integration of industry and education,strengthening the practice of higher vocational college teachers in enterprises is conducive to complying with national policy requirements,promoting the professional development of teachers,and achieving a win-win situation for schools,enterprises and teachers.Guided by the integration of production and education,this paper defines the key points for improving the practical ability of higher vocational teachers,and puts forward specific strategies such as improving the enterprises practical system of teachers,constructing the enterprises practical ability system of teachers,building network practice communities and interactive spaces,establishing the evaluation system of teachers practical ability,and building a mobile station based on blockchain technology.
