摘  要:依据工程教育专业认证对实验教学的要求,分析了我校环境工程专业实验教学中面临的挑战。根据入校生源特点,分层次设计实验项目,构建“一个中心、两个培养目标、三种模式、四个维度”的环境工程专业实验课程体系。通过改革实验教材、优化实验内容、创新实验教学方法、建立差异化的实验考评体系和实施“评价反馈改进”的实验教学持续改进机制等多途径对环境工程专业实验教学进行改革。对提高学生的工程实践能力和创新能力,起到了积极的促进作用。获得了在校生、毕业校友和用人单位认可。可为其他生源差异较大高校的环境工程专业实验教学改革、人才培养质量的提升提供借鉴。To enhance students’engineering practical ability and innovative ability.According to the requirements of engineering education certification for experimental teaching,this paper analyzes some challenges in the experimental teaching of environmental engineering in authors’university.We designed experimental projects in a hierarchical manner and established an experimental course system for environmental engineering majors with“one center,two training objectives,three modes,and four dimensions”according to the characteristics of the incoming students.We reformed experimental teaching of environmental engineering majors through various means such as reforming experimental textbook,optimizing experimental content,innovated experimental teaching methods,established a differentiated experimental evaluation system,and implemented the teaching continuous improvement mechanism of“evaluation-feedback-improvement”.Practice shows that these reform measures play very positive roles in improving students’engineering practice ability and innovation ability,are widely recognized by students,alumni and employers,which can provide reference for the reform of experimental teaching and the improvement of talent training quality of environmental engineering majors in others universities with significant differences in student quality.
