摘  要:近年来,传统保鲜膜难以满足高效保鲜和环保需求,新型果蔬包装材料的研发成为热点。金属多酚因其优异的生物相容性、抗菌、抗氧化及降解性能,成为新型环保包装的理想选择。文稿通过系统梳理果蔬保鲜现状、金属多酚网络的组成与特性,探讨金属多酚网络的协同优势及应用类型,并分析当前挑战与未来方向,旨在为技术改进与推广提供科学依据。In recent years,traditional plastic wraps have failed to meet the demands for effective preservation and environmental sustainability,leading to increased interest in the development of new fruit and vegetable packaging materials.Metal polyphenols are emerging as ideal candidates for eco-friendly packaging due to their superior biocompatibility,antibacterial,antioxidant,and degradable properties.This paper systematically reviews the current state of fruit and vegetable preservation,examines the composition and characteristics of metal polyphenol networks,explores their synergistic advantages and applications,and analyzes existing challenges and future directions,aiming to provide a scientific foundation for technological advancements and promotion.
