摘 要:云南金花茶是云南特有的极小种群植物,花朵呈金黄色,含有多种营养保健成分,尤其是酚类物质。为了探究云南金花茶多酚微胶囊降血糖的潜在机制,利用药理学方法对其进行研究。结果表明,将胃消化组(OG)和肠消化组(OGI)样本鉴定的31个代谢物通过TCMIP数据库初筛得到23个有效成分,筛选出12个交集靶点。GO功能和KEGG通路富集分析显示酚类物质通过多个信号通路来发挥降血糖作用;分子对接结果表明,zein-SA-CFP在胃肠消化过程中产生的活性成分与T2DM靶点间存在着良好的结合活性。Camellia fascicularis is a very small population plant endemic in Yunnan.Its flowers are golden yellow in color and contain a variety of nutrients and health-care ingredients,especially phenolic substances.In order to investigate the potential mechanisms underlying the hgpoglycemic effects of Camellia fascicularis polyghenol microcapsules,pharmacological approaches were employed in this study.The results showed that a total of 31 metabolites identified in samples from the gastric digestion group(OG)and the intestinal digestion group(OGI)were initially screened through the TCMIP database to obtain 23 effective ingredients and 12 overlapping targets were selected.GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed that phenolic substances exert hypoglycemic effects through multiple signal pathways.Molecular docking results showed that there was a good binding activity between the active ingredients produced during gastrointestinal digestion by zein-SA-CFP and T2DM targets.
