摘 要:目的探究音乐疗法、沙盘游戏与言语训练联合干预在促进自闭症患儿康复中的应用价值。方法86例自闭症患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各43例。对照组进行言语训练,观察组在对照组的基础上联合音乐疗法、沙盘游戏干预。对比两组临床症状、沟通能力、生活质量、家属满意度。结果干预后,观察组健康/躯体/行为评分(13.53±1.89)分、言语/语言/交流评分(12.03±2.34)分、感觉/认知/意识评分(12.35±1.96)分、社交评分(11.64±1.89)分均较对照组的(18.05±2.46)、(15.22±2.88)、(15.69±2.12)、(15.53±2.36)分低(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组社交互动评分(20.31±2.28)分、沟通评分(19.32±1.59)分、重复与刻板行为评分(15.23±1.19)分均较对照组的(16.06±2.97)、(15.81±2.38)、(12.61±1.42)分高(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组生理评分(80.13±3.54)分、社会评分(80.34±2.35)分、情感评分(82.77±4.04)分、角色评分(79.96±4.64)分均较对照组的(73.19±3.43)、(72.78±3.69)、(75.52±3.46)、(70.48±3.29)分高(P<0.05)。观察组家属满意度95.35%(41/43)高于对照组的81.40%(35/43)(χ^(2)=4.074,P=0.044<0.05)。结论音乐疗法、沙盘游戏与言语训练联合干预能够减轻自闭症患儿临床症状,提高沟通能力,改善生活质量,进而提升家属满意度。Objective To explore the application value of combined intervention of music therapy,sandplay and speech training in promoting the rehabilitation of children with autism.Methods 86 children with autism were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received speech training,and the observation group combined music therapy and sandplay intervention on the basis of the control group.Clinical symptoms,communication ability,quality of life and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the health/body/behavior score of the observation group was(13.53±1.89)points,the speech/language/communication score was(12.03±2.34)points,the sensory/cognitive/awareness score was(12.35±1.96)points and the social score was(11.64±1.89)points,which were lower than(18.05±2.46),(15.22±2.88),(15.69±2.12)and(15.53±2.36)points in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the social interaction score of the observation group was(20.31±2.28)points,the communication score was(19.32±1.59)points and the repetitive and stereotypical behavior score was(15.23±1.19)points,which were higher than(16.06±2.97),(15.81±2.38)and(12.61±1.42)points in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the physical score of the observation group was(80.13±3.54)points,the social score was(80.34±2.35)points,the emotional score was(82.77±4.04)points,and the role score was(79.96±4.64)points,which were higher than(73.19±3.43),(72.78±3.69),(75.52±3.46),and(70.48±3.29)points of the control group(P<0.05).The family satisfaction in the observation group was 95.35%(41/43),which was higher than 81.40%(35/43)in the control group(χ^(2)=4.074,P=0.044<0.05).Conclusion The combined intervention of music therapy,sandplay and speech training can alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with autism,improve their communication ability,improve their quality of life,and enhance their family satisfaction.
