摘　　要：实践教学是高校专业人才培养的重要环节,对加强学生理论联系实际具有重要意义。实践教学团队的建设是实践教学的重要保障,更是提升实践教学水平以及学科发展的重要途径。针对地方院校的特点,立足工程教育认证,以制药工程专业实践课程教学团队建设为例,从教学团队队伍建设、实践教学体系建设以及实践平台及基地建设三个方面阐述了制药工程专业实践教学团队的建设经验及改革思路。实践教学团队的构建对于提升教学质量、强化学生的综合实践能力以及培养具备工程实践能力的专业人才具有关键性的影响。本文为提升高校教师实践教学团队的建设水平和制药工程专业人才培养质量提供了有益参考。Practical teaching is an important part of cultivating professional talents in universities,and it is of great significance to strengthen the connection between theory and practice for students.The construction of practical teaching teams is an important guarantee for practical teaching,and also an important way to improve the level of practical teaching and the development of disciplines.Based on the characteristics of local colleges and based on engineering education certification,taking the construction of practical teaching teams in phar⁃maceutical engineering as an example,this article elaborates on the construction experience and reform ideas of practical teaching teams in pharmaceutical engineering from three aspects:teaching team construction,practical teaching system construction,and practical platform and base construction.The construction of practical teaching teams has a crucial impact on improving teaching quality,strengthening stu⁃dents'comprehensive practical abilities,and cultivating professional talents with engineering practical skills.This article provides useful references for improving the construction level of practical teaching teams for university teachers and the quality of pharmaceutical engineer⁃ing talent cultivation.
