摘  要:为解决边疆地区中小学劳动教育师资困境,培养能够胜任中小学劳动教育教学任务的储备教师。本研究从“德”“能”两个维度重构了师范生劳动素养框架,强调了对师范生劳动教育理论知识、教学能力、创新思维等方面的培养。并聚焦于当前劳动教育存在的不足,提出设立劳动教育专业课程、劳动融入专业课程、强化专业实习实训、加强跨学科联动以及建立科学的评价体系等措施,以期为师范生劳动教育的实施提供坚实的理论与实践支持。To address the faculty shortage in labor education in primary and secondary schools in border regions and cultivate a pool of quali⁃fied teachers,this study reconstructs the labor literacy framework for normal students from two dimensions:"virtue"and"ability."It empha⁃sizes the cultivation of normal students'theoretical knowledge of labor education,teaching skills,and innovative thinking.The study also proposes measures such as establishing specialized labor education courses,integrating labor into professional courses,strengthening practi⁃cal training,enhancing interdisciplinary collaboration,and developing a scientific evaluation system to provide solid theoretical and practi⁃cal support for the implementation of labor education among normal students.
