摘  要:当前,法学专业虚仿项目建设规模初显,呈现实验内容侧重程序、多学科多课程交叉融合、多角色多情景体验、共享范围涵盖校内与校外、理论与实务以及必要性倾向明显等现实样态。作为新生事物,法学专业虚仿项目建设实践面临着教师应对不足、实验性偏弱、设计合理性阙如以及评价机制不尽科学等多重困境,这将直接影响虚仿项目运行后的教学效能显现。为此,应更新教师“理念+能力”、以“实验性”为本细化项目建设标准、秉持“系统化原则”确定虚实要素、比对“教学目标”多维构建教学效果评价体系,以更好地促进虚仿技术与法学专业教学活动交叉之后的教学效能显现。Currently,the construction of virtual simulation(VS)projects in law programs has begun to take shape,demonstrating several practical characteristics.These include an experimental focus on procedural aspects,interdisciplinary and multi-course integration,multi-role and multi-scenario experiences,a sharing scope encompassing both on-campus and off-campus participants,the blending of theory and practice,and a clear inclination toward necessity.As an emerging initiative,the implementation of VS projects in law programs faces multiple challenges,such as insufficient faculty preparedness,weak experimental orientation,lack of rational design,and imperfect evaluation mechanisms.These issues directly impact the teaching effectiveness of VS projects post-implementation.To address these challenges,it is essential to update faculty“concepts+capabilities”,refine project construction standards with an“experimental focus”as the core,determine virtual and physical elements based on“systematic principles”,and construct a multi-dimensional teaching effectiveness evaluation system by aligning with“teaching objectives”.These measures will better facilitate the manifestation of teaching efficacy after the integration of VS technology with law education activities.
