摘  要:目的 评估CDIO教学模式在全科医学教育中的应用效果,探索其在提升本科生全科医学课程教学改革中的潜力。方法 研究对象为2021—2023年上海交通大学医学院五年制专业本科生。采用CDIO教学模式,涵盖线上教学、情景模拟、社区实践和综合反馈与改进四个环节,并通过问卷调查收集学生反馈。结果 问卷调查结果显示,53.85%的学生认为两种教学模式在覆盖重要知识点方面无显著差异,61.54%的学生认为线上视频清晰易懂且与课程目标紧密相关。在情景模拟方面,61.54%的学生反映情景模拟准备充分且有参与感,58.97%的学生认为促进了有效的团队合作。79.49%的学生认为在设计阶段对掌握疾病知识点有帮助,56.41%的学生认为实施阶段提升了临床操作技能熟练度。社区实践方面,74.36%的学生认为社区实践中的指导充分且有帮助,79.49%的学生认为有足够的机会进行实际操作。66.67%的学生认为课程内容具有高度的实用性和临床相关性。结论 CDIO教学模式在全科医学教育中显示出积极效果,尤其是在提升学生的临床思维、技能掌握和职业素养方面。Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the application effect of CDIO teaching model in general practice education,and to explore its potential in improving the teaching reform of undergraduate general practice medical courses.Methods The subjects of this study were three five-year undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine in the School of Clinical Medicine of the Ninth Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from 2021 to 2023.The CDIO teaching mode is adopted,covering four links:online teaching,scenario simulation,community practice and comprehensive feedback and improvement,and student feedback is collected through questionnaires.Results The results of the questionnaire showed that 53.85% of the students believed that there was no significant difference between the two teaching modes in covering important knowledge points,and 61.54% of the students believed that the online videos were clear and easy to understand and closely related to the course objectives.In terms of scenario simulation,61.54% of the students reported that the scenario simulation was well prepared and participatory,and 58.97% of the students believed that it promoted effective teamwork.79.49% of the students thought that it was helpful to master the knowledge of diseases in the design stage,and 56.41% of the students believed that the proficiency of clinical operation skills was improved in the implementation stage.In terms of community practice,74.36% of the students felt that the guidance in the community practice was sufficient and helpful,and 79.49% of the students believed that there were enough opportunities for practical operation.66.67% of the students found the course content to be highly practical and clinically relevant.Conclusion The CDIO teaching model has shown positive effects in general practice medical education,especially in improving students' clinical thinking,skill mastery and professional quality.
