摘  要:人工智能是推动教育公平与质量提升的关键力量。非洲的人工智能教育发展对其未来至关重要。2024年7月,非洲联盟发布的《大陆人工智能战略》为该地区的人工智能革命提供了指导框架。分析这一战略中的教育政策,有助于深化对非洲人工智能教育发展的整体理解和研判未来走向。文章对该战略的核心内容进行系统性梳理和教育解读。首先,梳理了该战略的发布背景,并分析非洲人工智能教育发展的重点领域,包括:建立治理和监管机制,将教育作为优先发展领域之一,提升人工智能教育应用能力,降低发展风险,扩大投资,促进区域间和国际间合作。基于此,提出中非人工智能教育合作的建议,包括:构建教育合作联盟,强化伙伴关系网络;深化政策对话,加强学术研究合作;挖掘最佳实践模式,推广成功案例;定制化师资培养方案,构建课程体系。Artificial intelligence(AI)is a key force driving educational equity and quality improvement.The development of AI in education is crucial to Africa’s future.In July 2024,the African Union(AU)released the Continental Artificial Intelligence Strategy,which provides a strategic framework for guiding the AI revolution across the region.Analyzing this strategy from an educational perspective helps to a deeper understanding of AI development in African education and assess its future trajectory.This article provides a systematic review and educational interpretation of the strategy’s core content.Firstly,it outlines the context behind the release of the strategy and identifies key focus areas for AI development in African education,including:governance and regulatory mechanisms for AI in education;positioning education as a priority sector for AI development in Africa;enhancing the capacity for AI application in education across Africa;mitigating potential risks of AI in educational development;increasing investment in AI education strategies;and promoting regional and international cooperation in AI-driven education.Based on this analysis,recommendations for China-Africa cooperation in AI for education are proposed,including:building an educational cooperation alliance and strengthening partnership networks;deepening policy dialogues and enhancing academic research collaboration;identifying best practices and disseminating successful cases;and developing tailored teacher training programs and establishing AI-integrated curricula.
