摘  要:汽车制造业是国民经济的重要支柱之一,正经历数字化转型的深刻变革。高职院校汽车制造类专业承担着人才培养的重要使命,其课程体系构建的科学性、前瞻性与实用性直接关系到人才培养的质量。以山东省为例,以汽车制造类企业、高职院校及汽车制造类专业毕业生为调研对象,深入分析数字化背景下高职院校汽车制造类专业课程体系构建的现状与存在的问题,提出以行业需求为导向,更新课程内容,明确课程体系的知识结构、技能结构与素养结构,优化教学要素,匹配、支持课程体系构建等一系列改进措施,为培养符合汽车制造业数字化转型需求的复合型人才提供支撑。The automobile manufacturing industry is one of the important pillars of the national economy,and it is undergoing profound changes in digital transformation.The major of automobile manufacturing in higher vocational colleges undertakes the important mission of personnel training.And the scientific,forward-looking and practical construction of its curriculum system is directly related to the quality of personnel training.Through taking Shandong Province as an example,the study takes automobile manufacturing enterprises,higher vocational colleges and automobile manufacturing graduates as research objects,deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the construction of automobile manufacturing professional curriculum system in higher vocational colleges under the background of digitalization.It is suggested to update the course content;clarify the knowledge structure,skill structure and literacy structure of the course system;and optimize teaching elements,match and support the construction of the course system,so as to provide support for cultivating interdisciplinary talents who meet the needs of the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry.
