摘　　要：教育家精神是教育事业发展的宝贵财富,它蕴含着对教育事业的无限热爱、对学术研究的执着追求、对学生成长的深切关怀以及对社会责任的勇敢担当。在当今时代,随着教育改革的不断深化和全球化进程的加速推进,弘扬教育家精神显得尤为重要。它不仅是提升教育质量、培养创新型人才的关键所在,更是推动教育公平、促进社会和谐发展的重要力量。然而,如何在实际教育工作中有效弘扬教育家精神,却是一个亟待解决的问题。因此,本文旨在通过深入研究,揭示弘扬教育家精神的实践路径,以期为相关教育工作者提供有益的参考。The spirit of educators is a valuable asset for the development of education,which contains infinite love for education,persistent pursuit of academic research,deep concern for students'growth,and brave responsibility for society.In today's era,with the continuous deepening of education reform and the acceleration of globalization,it is particularly important to promote the spirit of educators.It is not only the key to improving the quality of education and cultivating innovative talents,but also an important force in promoting educational equity and promoting social harmony and development.However,how to effectively promote the spirit of educators in practical educational work is an urgent problem that needs to be solved.Therefore,this article aims to reveal the practical path of promoting the spirit of educators through in-depth research,in order to provide useful references for relevant educators.
