摘　　要：现代教育改革在促进社会流动性方面发挥着至关重要的作用。随着全球化进程的加速和技术发展的不断推进,教育不仅是个体发展的关键,更是社会公平和进步的重要推动力。本文从现代教育改革的核心理念出发,探讨其对社会流动性的影响。通过分析教育公平、教育质量提升和技术进步等因素,揭示教育改革如何通过打破社会阶层壁垒、提高教育机会的普及性、优化教育资源配置等路径促进社会成员的流动。最后,本文通过案例分析,进一步论证了现代教育改革在不同国家和地区的具体实践及其成效。Modern education reform plays a crucial role in promoting social mobility.With the acceleration of globalization and the continu⁃ous advancement of technology,education is not only the key to individual development,but also an important driving force for social equity and progress.Starting from the core concept of modern education reform,this article explores its impact on social mobility.By analyzing fac⁃tors such as educational equity,improvement in educational quality,and technological progress,this study reveals how educational reform promotes the mobility of social members by breaking down social class barriers,increasing the accessibility of educational opportunities,and optimizing the allocation of educational resources.Finally,this article further demonstrates the specific practices and effectiveness of modern education reform in different countries and regions through case analysis.
