摘  要:随着我国经济的迅猛发展,各类行业对物流专业人才的需求日益增长且要求愈发严苛。中职院校作为基础物流从业人员培养的关键阵地,其教育质量对物流行业的人才储备与发展起着举足轻重的作用。本文聚焦产教融合,深入探究中职物流管理专业的职教改革。详细剖析当前中职物流管理专业在产教融合进程中存在的不足,并针对性地提出切实可行的改革策略,旨在为提升中职物流管理专业教学质量、培育契合行业需求的高素质技能型物流人才提供有益参考。With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for logistics professionals in various industries is increasing and the requirements are increasingly stringent.As the key position of the basic logistics practitioners training,the education quality of secondary vocational colleges plays a decisive role in the talent reserve and development of the logistics industry.This paper focuses on the integration of industry and education,and deeply explores the vocational education reform of the logistics management major in secondary vocational schools.Detailed analysis of the problems existing in the process of secondary vocational logistics management in the integration of industry and education,and put forward feasible reform strategies,aiming to improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational logistics manage⁃ment and cultivate high-quality skilled logistics talents that meet the needs of the industry.
